The client is a leading news, current affairs, and entertainment television operator. The client has recently started its operations overseas and is planning to expand further.

 

The Challenge

The client was looking for a Web application that will enable customers to book movie tickets through their website. The web application will:

• Provide information about promotional offers on ticket booking.
• Have provision for city-wise ticket booking.
• Provide information about new releases.
• Enable customers to choose seats through the website.
• Enable customers to choose seats through the mobile phones.
• Enable to add cinema halls.
• Enable to update the movie shows and show timings.
• Enable to view booking history.
• Provide powerful city, cinema and movie wise search.
• Provide an interface for sending sms to a friend.
• Enable customers to call movie booking system.
• Enable customers to change the city so as to receive data relevant to the user.

 

The Solution

Kleward's technical team implemented a solution, which provided following modes of access:

• Complete Integration as well as partial integration with the Web service.
